APL will impose a General Rate Increase (GRI) for dry shipments from Vietnam to Latin Americas as follow:

 Quantum: (in US$)  

 Destinations :  Chile; Costa Rica; Colombia ;  Dominical Republic; Ecuador; El Salvador;   Guatemala; Honduras; Mexico; Nicaragua; Peru; Panama; Puerto Rico

   Effective date: 15^th November, 2014 

This rate increase will be added on the current ocean freight for both tariff and service contracts rates. GRI also applies to Flat Rack, OpenTop, Tank and all other types of special Equipment.
